Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The Receptionist will also be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the 425 headquarters office.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
