Key Duties and Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary Assisting clients in finding their way around the office Assist colleagues with administrative tasks when needed Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs Occasionally assist Admins with any coffee or water that may be needed for various meetings being held in the conference rooms in the main lobby Work with the Help Desk team to provide customers with Wi-Fi credentials if needed Provide excellent customer service Sign for any incoming packages Maintain call logs Update the weekly caterer menu in Outlook
Exceptional people skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams A high level of professionalism, accountability, self-confidence, and ability to multi-task
