Responsibilities:

· Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls to the correct departments

· Welcome all customers with a warm and friendly greeting

· Assist managers and sales staff with daily tasks

· Have a positive attitude and professional appearance

· Must have basic computer skills and good customer service skills

· Nights and weekends are available
