RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Process shipments safely and in a timely manner to maximize productivity
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
- Commit to quality by upholding stockroom organization standards
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged for inventory accuracy
- Prepare purchased product for customer pick-up
- Assist customers in loading purchased product into vehicles
- Support sales team with customers
- Uphold operational excellence and inventory integrity
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of one year retail experience, prefer stock experience
- Ask questions, seek clarity, and remove obstacles
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Lead a safe environment by upholding all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Must be proficient with current technology i.e. iPads, Mac, PC
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to consistently lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 pounds., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
- Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floor, stockroom and loading docks
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
