Real Property Management Trainee

Real Estate Investment Associate- $55K Base Salary + Commission

AJC Invest is a commercial and residential management company with properties throughout the Miami-Dade area, located in Brickell. The real estate management portfolio consists of retail/office centers, luxury homes, and multi-family buildings. This position will be located in our office in Brickell.

Hours: 9 am - 5:30pm (M-F)

Energetic student with a major in accounting, math, science, or Business.

This position will assist the property managers with the day-to-day tasks of Property Management and leasing of vacant units.

Responsibilities

• Set appointment with prospect tenants, show Rental Space, and follow up to get the space leased up.
• Focus on leasing spaces as quickly as possible and following up inbound leads on a daily basis and arranging appointments to lease space.
• Show vacant units to all prospects the next day.
• Assist Property Managers with general Property Management tasks as they arise, must have a car to visit properties.

Requirements

• Must report to the office located in Brickell daily.
• Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in sales helpful.
• Excellent communication skills and be 100% reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google equivalent products
• The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
• Have dependable transportation & Proof In Insurance.
• Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Must be able to lift between 40lb- 50lbs.
