We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Keep track of office back billing expenses.
- Multiple administrative tasks To help support staff as assigned.
