SalaryThe Front Desk Attendant is responsible for greeting all residents, visitors, and contractors. Anticipate and meet the needs of residents/guests and execute their requests in a timely fashion.
Be instrumental in creating a professional and warm environment and executing service that is second to none. Seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and building relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment you are one of the first impressions residents will have of the property. Work stations should be free and clear
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship and support team to reach common goals
- Offer warm, sincere and personalized welcomes to all patrons
- Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Monitors and controls access to the building.
- Maintains daily log, records and forms.
- Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
Pay Scale $16.00 Per Hour
Weekends Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm & 4pm-12am
