Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Office/Assistant to join our property management team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist with data entry and file management
- Provide support in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Filing office paperwork
- Handle order entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Yardi Management Software, MS Office
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Proficient in using MS. Office and Yardi Management Software
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Ability to perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills to provide assistance to tenants and vendors
- Proficient typing skills for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of filing systems and ability to maintain organized records
