Real Estate Title Processor-Remote

OVERVIEW:

We are currently hiring a Real Estate Title Processor to join our growing title company as a remote contractor - you won't need to be in the office. It also could be your second job. We could grant you access to the software and you don't need to have your separate insurance.

We are seeking a candidate with title knowledge and experience, who is also organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team is of the highest importance.

Responsibilities of the Title Processor/Closer:

• Document and maintain title records.

• Examine title documents and clear title requirements.

• Abstract Review.

• Review and clear title for closings.

• Collect and deposit escrows.

• Prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies

• Prepare Closing Disclosure Statements/HUDs, title affidavits and all required documents necessary for closing.

• Effectively market title insurance needs to Realtors, Lenders, Builders, Buyers and Sellers.

Qualifications of the Title Processor/Closer:

• Previous experience conducting closings.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years working in a Title Company.

• Ability to review title abstract and knowledge on how to clear title requirements.

• Ability to review and understand title instruments.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Ability to understand and interpret Real Estate transactions.

• Must maintain excellent communication skills with clients and Real Estate professionals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to initiate work without supervision.

• Notary Public or Remote Online Notary is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
