Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Classic Group, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, conduct property searches, arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and assist with all aspects of the transaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the local Real Estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Create property listings and marketing materials
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients on tours
- Negotiate offers and draft purchase agreements
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license in Florida
- Proven track record of success in Real Estate sales or related field
- Strong understanding of local Real Estate market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MLS, CRM, Microsoft Office)
