Compensation:$150,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Create and implement company budgets and expense reports
- Manage the activities and performance of the Sales Team
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the Sales Team
- Help prepare budgets
- Develop and identify new business opportunities
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
- Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
- Strong ability to lead a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
