Sales Representative

Trade-In Real Estate gives homeowners the option to sell their home with flexible terms that cater to a number of seller situations. In a nutshell, we stay in business by buying homes at a discount, doing what it takes to make them competitive on the market, then reselling them for a profit. We did over 25 projects in 2023!

To reach our goal of acquiring MORE properties in 2024, we are seeking an experienced sales person with the capacity to take a lead from cradle to grave.

No Real Estate experience necessary. Training provided!

This is an hourly + Commission Role.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with varying warm lead types.

Vet new warm leads for opportunities daily.

Perform consistent follow up with active leads.

Maintain adequate organization within our CRM and shared file system.

Evaluate home values, estimate renovation costs, and calculate offer prices.

Write, deliver, and negotiate offer contracts.

Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners / agents.

Position Requirements and Expectations

3+ Years of Sales Experience.

Experience working unsupervised.

Exceptional phone etiquette and overall communication skills.

Proficient skills in navigating Windows OS and Google Workspace.

Fundamental knowledge of operating computer programs.

Above-average organizational skills.

Ability to reach informed decisions quickly.

Above-average stamina.
