Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide comprehensive training and coaching as well as state-of-the-art industry tools and administrative support. Responsibilities

• Prospect for new leads and promote new business within your community and sphere of influence.
• Regularly follow up with prospects using provided CRM to nurture and eventually convert them into clients.
• Use your knowledge of northern NJ towns and communities and the NYC metro area to answer questions about potential homes and neighborhoods.
• "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.

Qualifications

• You love a challenge and take pride in your accomplishments
• You are self-motivated but also enjoy being part of a team
• You hold an NJ Real Estate Sales Associate license
• You are an effective communicator (including verbally, in writing and digitally). Ideal candidates are bilingual (or multi-lingual) and can communicate effectively in 2 or more common languages (including English)
• You are tech-savvy and coachable
• You have an NJ Driver's License and exclusive use of a reliable vehicle

Compensation
$101,000+ at plan commission
