Director Of Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities. This is a key leadership role within the company, requiring strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Skills:
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and close new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
- Experience with Delphi or other CRM software
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional account management skills with a focus on customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
