Compensation:
$75,000+
Responsibilities:- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
About The Snyder Team
We are a top-producing team in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin with 100 + years of combined experience in the Real Estate field commencing over 4000 Real Estate transactions. Last year we (10 agents) closed nearly 300 homes. We specialize in residential (Listing / Selling), New Construction, Land, Farm, and Recreation. We use advanced CRMs and automated follow-up techniques to convert cold leads into warm leads and have transaction coordinators and admin staff handle most of the paperwork. Our goal is to hire agents that are producing, but could use another 10-15 transactions per year to make their career worthwhile! We will provide the hands-on coaching and support that larger brokerages can't and at the same time, provide enough QUALITY leads for you to be successful and build your career better than it is now!
