Requirements:

• Must be a full-time agent
• Must have sold at least 3 properties since 2020
• Must currently live between Boynton Beach Pompano Beach (no Dade County, no farther North than Boynton Beach to best serve our clients)
• Must be humble, hungry, and smart
• Must be tech friendly - you don’t have to be a computer hacker, but you need to easily be able to learn and use new computer systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential Real Estate.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic Real Estate procedures
• BE AVAILABLE AND WORK HARD FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND REAP THE REWARDS

About us:

In 2023, The Mandel Team closed 186 transactions, resulting in over $83M in sales volume. In 2024 we are on pace for over 300 transactions and over $150M in sales volume! We are positioned to succeed in any market, primarily due to our numerous channel partner relationships with companies like Zillow (and many more). Agents on our team are closing at least 1 deal per month, with their first 90 days or less of being with us.
