Immediate opening for a Real Estate Paralegal in Newport Beach, CA who possesses:
- 2+ years' experience as a Paralegal
- General knowledge of commercial Real Estate and handling transactions
- Litigation experience preferred

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinate, request, and review title work
- Review title commitment and exceptions
- Coordinate and request title inspections
- Review contracts, leases, agreements, appraisals, loan documents and closing instructions
- Coordinate transaction with clients, agents, loan officers and closers, as applicable
- Draft closing documents or review if prepared by third party to the transaction, including, as applicable: deeds, carryback documents settlement statements, necessary curative title documents, Closing Instructions Letter to title company and escrow agreement/instructions.
- Document organization and electronic filing
Salary Range: $75k-$115/yr
