Paralegal - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

-Independent Litigation Paralegal ( senior paraligal preferable)
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts, discovery.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Transcribe dictations and prepare transcripts
- Assist with document management using software such as iManage or similar systems

Independent research and preparing doucuments for court.

Memorandum of costs.

Skills:
- Proficient in using Lexis-Nexis or other legal research tools
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy of legal documents
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and practices
- Experience with document management systems like iManage or similar software
- Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of legal research methods and techniques
- Familiarity with legal drafting techniques and formatting requirements
- Attention to detail in reviewing and analyzing legal documents
- Strong clerical skills for managing administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,013.00 - $120,000.00 per year
