Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our coordinators, ensuring productivity, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our coordinators, overseeing multiple transactions, and creating a cohesive team work environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• As a team leader at Zoom Casa, you will coach, mentor, and develop coordinators in an effort to optimize their performance
• You will advise and support our professional staff, ensuring that the services we offer are exceeding the expectations of our clients
• In addition to these duties, you will assist account executives with client concerns and issues as needed
• You will also run team meetings and ensure that our coordinators are current and knowledgeable with company tools and initiatives, market conditions, industry trends, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
