Job Description: Security Operations Manager (Bay Area) with experience working in the security industry (Veteran or Police Officer background preferred)
As a Security Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around staffing, scheduling, and payroll management for all Security Professionals within your assigned client sites. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for addressing any issues or concerns raised by Security Professionals, ensuring a high level of morale and performance among the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing, scheduling, and overseeing payroll processing for Security Professionals.
- Conducting thorough interviews and making informed hiring decisions aligned with company standards.
- Proactively managing overtime and ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet client needs.
- Addressing and resolving complaints or performance issues raised by Security Professionals in a timely and effective manner.
- Conducting disciplinary and counseling sessions as necessary, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintaining a focus on employee morale and retention through effective communication and support.
- Enforcing adherence to post-specific policies and procedures to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
- Ensuring smooth operations at assigned client sites by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Creating and maintaining accurate schedules using designated scheduling systems.
- Generating and reviewing reports to identify operational inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum undergraduate degree; college degree or coursework preferred.
- Prior military and/or law enforcement background preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional-level experience managing non-exempt employees.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Guard License if required by the state.
- Proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time hours with varied shifts, including days, swings, graves, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Expectations:
- Occasional travel may be required, up to 30% of the time.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
