We're hiring a professional, highly-organized Real Estate Office Assistant to assist high producing broker to ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include spreadsheet entries, using MLS, Slack and Monday apps., organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. This position will also be in charge of social media communication with marketing specialist, order office supplies when necessary and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities
• Plan for Real Estate team meetings and update calendar with appointments and travel days
• Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
• Record all office expenses and invoices, complete basic bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with the monthly budget
• Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials
• Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
Qualifications
• Real Estate Assistant, Office Assistant experience, or sales experience preferred
• Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Real estate license preferred but not required
