Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in training new Customer Service representatives as needed.
Requirements:
