Real Estate Listing Coordinator Wanted

Our fast-paced Real Estate agency is currently seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This vital role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in basic computer applications, and a keen ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact, you will communicate effectively with clients and other Real Estate agents to ensure seamless transactions.
- Listing Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing listings for marketing on the MLS and various websites, including ordering photos and ensuring listings are accurate and compelling.
- Showing Coordination: Manage and schedule property showings, ensuring each property is showcased at its best. Following up for feedback will be crucial to inform sellers and adjust strategies as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Organize cleaning, maintenance, painting, and other necessary services to prepare listings for the market or maintain properties.
- Administrative Support: Answer phones and provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Real Estate office.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License: Preferred but not required, indicating a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry.
- Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate or a similar role is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a Real Estate environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Excel to prepare listing materials, reports, and perform other tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for managing interactions with clients, agents, and service providers.
- Customer Service: A dedication to exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed client expectations at every turn.
- Self-Motivation and Problem-Solving: You're a self-starter who's able to work independently, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively.
