As a Rockstar Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient Real Estate Transactions from contract to close. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to our clients, investors, and title company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Need
- Manage and organize all aspects of Real Estate Transactions from contract to close
- Coordinate communication between, sellers, lenders, and sales team
- Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and disclosures for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent transaction delays
- Monitor and enforce transaction timelines, collaborating with relevant parties to meet crucial deadlines for key milestones and ensure a successful transaction.
Who You Are
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Transactions and contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
