Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.
- Ability to stand on feet and walk up to 10 hours a day. Lift upwards of 20 lbs.
- Willing to be trained on the skills to accomplish the job.

General Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Greeting clients and patients.
- Money collection, account balancing, and insurance clarifications for patients.
- Scheduling patient care plans.
- Maintaining FULL schedule for multiple providers.
- Instructing patients through paperwork, payments, office flow, and confirming schedules for future appointments.
- Patient communication in person, phone calls and text messaging.
- Communication with other staff members in the routing, scheduling, and handling of patients in the clinic.
- Create clean and friendly environment for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Help direct patients to rooms for care.
- Help with flow of patients through the clinic.
- Medical records maintenance
- Maintain an organized, easy to use space.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical projects as needed.
- Direct patient to complete forms and answer questions about the office and the team
- Understanding insurance terms, and ability to explain to patients what their financial responsibility is when using their insurance.
