SalaryResponsibilities:
-Verify and enter insurance information and updates into patients charts
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Manage Front Desk operations, including keeping the reception area clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
Please note that this is a dental receptionist position.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
