- Update and maintain financial underwriting models for the department.
- Generate reports tailored for internal departmental use and sponsorship requirements.
- Develop ad-hoc reports to address departmental needs.
- Aid in crafting presentations, including sponsorship approval documents.
- Gather and coordinate various data related to the hotel industry.
- Establish and manage data rooms for asset dispositions.

- Foster cross-departmental relationships to facilitate information exchange and goal alignment.
- Update and maintain geolocation maps for portfolio holdings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Understanding of Real Estate industry trends and practices.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and underwriting models.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with various departments and presenting findings.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Finance, Hotel Management, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, with individuals at all organizational levels, brokers, buyers, and Sponsors.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Experience in Hotel/Lodging industry is advantageous.
- Prior experience in Real Estate and/or private equity is a bonus.
