Role Overview:As our Real Estate Valuation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by conducting comprehensive property evaluations, running sales comps on properties in the area, and providing our sales agents with the best offer range to present to distressed homeowners. Your expertise will ensure that we make informed, competitive offers, maximizing profitability while helping homeowners in need.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct detailed property and market analysis to determine fair market values.
· Collaborate with sales agents to quickly propose a competitive offer.
· Stay informed about Real Estate market trends in potential investment areas
· Participate in training sessions with the team to enhance underwriting skills and stay current with industry best practices
What We Offer:
· A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
· PTO benefits and Paid Holidays
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in Real Estate underwriting, analysis, or a similar role.
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working quickly and accurately.
· Previous experience as a Real Estate agent a plus.
