Real Estate Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
The Global Real Estate team is working hard on the 10 for the Win strategy through opening new stores, relocations, and optimization of existing network. As a member of the Global Real Estate Analytics team, you will be instrumental in supporting these goals through developing and maintaining dashboards, data validation and management, contributing insights to aid decision-making, and improving processes to help things get done more efficiently.
We are looking for someone with strong financial and analytical acumen, who is process oriented, and willing to get things done. Someone who is interested in looking for new ways to improve process.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining existing dashboards and development of new dashboards for highly visible, periodic reporting, analytics, etc.
- Support acquisition and divestment projects by providing financials, performing due diligence, evaluation of Real Estate, and proximity analysis.
- Maintain, update, and develop data collection, validation, and consolidation tools and processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, assist with solution development and implementation.
- Support the annual network planning process by providing tools, providing data, and answering stakeholder questions.
- Contribute ad-hoc analyses and insights by leveraging store data, financials, and other key metrics.
- Support team members in coordinating communications, development of organizational tools, training, and maintaining data.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Major in business administration, analytics, finance, Real Estate, or similar field preferred.
- 1-3 years work experience with analytics, Real Estate, or finance.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with P&Ls and large complex datasets.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and continually prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as new projects are assigned.
- Must possess strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant work experience with analytics, Real Estate, or finance.
