Responsibilities
- Graduate from 90 Day Launch
- Execute on Proven lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in Company Technology
- Abundance of Open House Opportunities
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional with a drive to build and evolve YOUR business.
You excell at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
Prospecting and lead generation are either your strength zones or you are willing to commit to strengthen them.
You are a strong communicator and committed to service. Overcoming objections will become natural to you.
- Licensed Real Estate professional - Arizona
- Learning based, growth-minded

- Willingness to absorb and implement
