Duties:
- Aid clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct research to ascertain property values within the market
- Generate and uphold listings of available properties
- Manage property viewings and open house events
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Offer guidance and assistance throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Remain informed about Real Estate market trends and regulatory changes
Skills:
- Possession of a valid Real Estate license in the state of Alabama
- Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a comparable capacity
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Real Estate administrative procedures
- Knowledge of Real Estate law and regulations
