SalaryWe are looking for a talented individual to join the exciting team at the Hyatt Place Birmingham Hoover as a Front Desk Agent!! If you love talking with guests and working with a group that believes in teamwork, we are looking for you!!
As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
-Welcome guests to the property
-Check Guests in and out
-Book future reservations
-Help resolve billing questions or concerns
-Assist guests with any needs they may have during their stay
You must possess basic computer experience to be able to check guests in and out, and search the internet to help with guest needs. We look forward to welcoming you to the team!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
