```Duties```
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure that all food items and beverages are well-stocked and presented in an appealing manner
- Cook and serve hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
- Monitor food inventory and replenish as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Check guest in and out. Answer phones. Assist guest. Provide outstanding customer service.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals according to established standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
