Real Estate Admin Assistant
MUST RESIDE IN SPOKANE, WA

3. Perks & Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $20/hour (with opportunity for growth)
- Hours: Part Time, 20 hours/week
- Hours can be flexible, but a minimum of 10 hours/week must be between 9a-5p M-F
- A specific time during business hours will occasionally be required for special events (notice will be given)
- Potential to grow into 30 hours/week and/or full-time
- Location: Work from home, but must be located in Spokane for occasional in-person meetings and events

5. Duties & Responsibilities
General Administrative Duties
- Oversee administration tasks of the agent’s business
- Create and manage systems/SOPs for sellers, buyers, client database management
- Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials and any other business-related supplies and materials
- Errands/miscellaneous driving duties (post office, pick up marketing items, drop off business-related items, etc)
- Assemble gift packages for clients and referral partners
Active Client Management Duties
- Coordinate appointments with clients (media shoots, staging, etc)
- Input necessary transaction and client information into client relationship management programs
- Send & deliver gifts to clients
- Coordinate & plan events
- Weekly buyer/seller/lender/closer updates and check-ins
Marketing
- Coordinate & prepare listing/open house flyers, graphics, signage, etc
- Design mailers and guides in Canva
- Write weekly email newsletters/campaigns
- Create/implement social media ads
- Assist agent at video shoots for social media
- Repurpose video content and post on various social media platforms
- Order/assemble/delivery client gifts
- Plan client appreciation events
6. Ideal Skills and Experience

- 1-3 yr minimum administrative, assistant or in-office management experience (*REQUIRED)
- Real estate industry experience (or financial/mortgage/insurance industries)
- Google Business Suite savvy
- Experience with Canva/graphic design
- Social media savvy
- Pleasant, legible handwriting
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a car that can be driven for errands/deliveries, as if needed
- Must have a working computer
