Your Role in Our Team:
As our Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you'll be a pivotal player in both our creative marketing endeavors and our essential administrative operations. You'll be the maestro behind our brand identity, the wizard of our digital world, and a key part of the administrative team.

• Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
• Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies
• Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely

• Engage in public relations, managing media interactions with flair.
• Lead our digital and social media marketing, creating content that resonates and connects.
• Implement innovative ad campaigns.

Content Creation and Campaign Mastery:

• Develop engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts and captivating video content.
• Design eye-catching marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance to continuously drive results.

Video Content Direction:

• Direct and produce compelling video content that showcases properties, communities, team highlights, and market insights.
• Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, and location scouting.
• Collaborating with our vendors to refine the video content to ensure high-quality production that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

Event Coordination and Community Engagement:

• Organize memorable community and client-facing events and open houses.
• Foster community connections and enhance our brand presence.

Market Insight and Client Relationships:

• Conduct insightful market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop strategies to deepen client relationships and gather valuable feedback.

Administrative Excellence:

• Keep our office life organized and efficient, from files to supplies.
• Manage office equipment and step out for local errands.
• Support our team during events, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Innovation and Growth:

• Stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
• Embrace continuous learning and improvement.

• 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Team player
• Develop new concepts based on input
