E.P. Properties has an immediate opening for a full-time, non-exempt Front Desk – Administrative Assistant.
Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, motivated team player, and dependable self-starter who has previous experience and can offer exceptional customer service to our tenants and guests at E.P. Properties.The Front Desk – Administrative Assistant supports our internal team on the daily office and property-related tasks and requires multi-tasking of various duties, such as reception, calendar management, order lunches, event planning, customer service, and to assist in providing a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other related duties may be assigned:
· Provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests via telephone, email, and in-person
· Assist tenants with issues/complaints/requests
· Provide administrative support to other staff as requested by the EP Property Manager
· Ensure all necessary supplies are restocked in the communal areas and working properly – kitchen, copy room, lobby, etc.
· Handle tenant reservations for conference rooms/maintaining the daily agenda/calendar – respond in a timely manner through phone, email, or in person, and sending confirmation notices
· Check daily mail – sort, deliver and place any outgoing mail in the mailbox
· Create, submit, and follow up with work orders in Rent Manager as needed
· Monitoring building access keys and logbook for vendors
· Review and prepare security reports daily
· Order marketing materials as needed – including but not limited to, folders, brochures, business cards, flyers, event posters, and special projects
· Support employee recognition – birthday celebrations and work anniversaries

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· 1+ years’ work experience in similar office or administrative role
· Highschool diploma/GED required
· Strong computers skills – Microsoft Suites; Word, Excel & Outlook, Adobe
· General office equipment – Multi-function printer, multi-line telephone, fax
· Experience with Rent Manager or similar software preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
