We love challenge and we love getting things done, as a team! We are looking for bright and ambitious engineers to join us.

As a member of the team, you will help bridge the gap between product design requirements, and capability of existing manufacturing technologies. Your primary focus will be developing manufacturing concepts into reality by designing, building and demonstrating performance of prototype-level assembly and test machines. This will require a love for technical challenge, and a willingness to go where no one has ever gone before!

As a member of one or more project teams, you will take ownership and lead the way on individual tasks, making technical recommendations and forecasting schedule. You will also serve a key role in cross-functional brainstorming and critical technical reviews. You will have a voice in setting product and equipment/process specifications for the production team. • Test / Inspection
      • Operation of standard and custom test and measurement equipment
      • Design experiments, tools and test methods to evaluate new processes and designs
      • Also desired:
        • Formal training in root cause diagnosis, DOE, validations, etc
      • Communication / Documentation
        • Must be fluent in English
        • Must be capable of succinct and accurate engineering documents (reports, procedures, etc)
        • Also desired:
          • Independent critical review of technical documents
        • Other duties as required
