Job Description
- Continuously evaluate, maintain, and improve the manufacturing processes.
- Create technical documentation including process specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Optimize CNC equipment and machines as needed.
- Design and fabricate a variety of mechanical systems including jigs, gauges, and fixtures.
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews and provide feedback.
- Optimize CNC equipment and machines as needed.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
- Assist with the sourcing of necessary tools, tooling, and equipment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) is required.
- 1+ years of relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
- 1+ years of relevant process improvement and lean manufacturing is required.
- Familiarity with electroMechanical Engineering equipment, CNC machines, and 3D CAD Software is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings, manufacturing principles, and new product development processes is preferred.
- $70,000-80,000 depending on experience.
