Responsibilities:
- Thermal measurement of prototypes and systems in lab
- Thermal test data analysis
- Test reporting and documentation of results
- Mechanical material strength testing
- Lab apparatus assembly
- General assistance with mechanical laboratory measurements
Skills Required:
- Thermal measurement with thermocouples
- Data acquisition with National Instruments or similar data loggers
- Operation of Thermal Environmental Chambers
- Fluency with Excel, Power Point.
Highly Desirable:
- Mechanical strength testing with Instron test machine.
- Proficiency with mechanical assembly and hand tools.
- Fluency with LabView, Matlab, Windows command line and T_Shell.
Education:
4-year College degree preferred in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
Experience:
At least one year working in a lab environment, collecting and analyzing thermal performance data.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
