SUMMARY: 

The Inside Sales Center (ISC) Supervisor will assist ISC Manager in maximizing the performance of agents in converting leads into quality appointments that get issued to the field sales team via a prescribed sales methodology.  Ability to hire, train and performance manage ISC team and generate a culture for retention and engagement.  Effectively mange relationship with CORO and ARO markets so all are in agreement on processes and outcomes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Supervise 25 - 30 agents and make sure they are following processes as well as meeting minimum expectations on a variety of KPI's.

·         Manage relationships between CORO and ARO markets and the ISC.

·         Recruiting and Training of new agents.

·         Assist with evening and weekend supervision.  Also includes building a fun culture to increase staff retention and engagement.

·         Conduct bi-weekly 1:1's with all coaches and agents that report to them.  Performance manage as needed.

·         Conduct bi-weekly sales meetings for agent team and update processes and training as needed.

·         Other duties assigned by Senior ISC Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

·      ·        Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends)

·        Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company.

·        Ability to hire, coach and train agents and coaches.

·        Minimum of two years of Sales, Contact Center and/or marketing experience preferred.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
