SUMMARY
The Marketing Cloud Administrator is an intermediate-level administrator position and is required to provide advanced support and administration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud application. This includes configuration, documentation, implementation, and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related application functionality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Demonstrates advanced problem-solving and collaboration while providing operational support, maintenance and advanced administration and implementation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and related applications leveraging agile (kanban/scrum) practices including troubleshooting, performance monitoring and management, user profile/access management, data management, security, optimization, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
· Identify & implement automation opportunities and process improvement.
· Create and maintain documentation relating to configurations, backup and recovery processes, security, monitoring, storage administration, license and capacity planning, disaster recovery/business continuity
· Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through to resolution. Creates proper incident communications, incident management is followed, and incident root cause analysis is completed.
· Articulate requirements, issues, status, etc. to non-technical management personnel
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information & Communication Technologies preferred)
- Must possess strong technical, communication and organizational skills
- Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Three years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s)

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
