Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer quotes and orders from start to finish (including repairs and return authorizations). Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
- Communicate with customers to ensure accurate order details and resolve any issues or concerns. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Work with internal departments to handle issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Parts Inventory management/stock replenishment orders (vendor purchasing), working with suppliers for order fulfillment and in charge of internal quarter counts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills; in person, phone and writing.
- Customer service-driven with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Self-motivated, organized, works well in a team, detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information accurately and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Phone etiquette and professional communication standards is critical.
-Must be able to follow existing SOPs.
Skills Required, Must Have:
- Customer Service, Order Entry, Purchasing, Parts Inventory Management.
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Google Suite is a plus but not required.
-Accounting (Sage) knowledge is a plus but not required.
