We are seeking a motivated, hard worker for a purchasing position. No experience is required. Candidate must be versed in computers and ready to learn. This position is full time 40 hour weeks with possible over time.
Below is a job description:
- Orders hardware, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, and cabinets.
- Print and check all acknowledgments for correct materials and costs.
- Communicates with manufacturers and project managers to fix any problems with orders placed by purchasing, before they are shipped.
- Communicates with manufacturers and project managers regarding order discrepancies to arrange for replacement materials and to arrange for the return of incorrect materials (RGA).
- Processes RGA requests and provides supporting paperwork to relevant parties.
- Enters quote number on orders when provided by the project manager.
- Sends purchase return number to accounting department so they can obtain credit.
- Fix pricing issues on purchase orders to match acknowledgment.
- Keeps printed orders, RGA’s and any other paperwork filed away in numerical order so it may be found quickly if needed.
- Keeps email record of every order placed, so it may be found quickly when needed.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
