Position: Data Entry Specialist (Full-Time)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring accurate and efficient work order entry. This position requires a high level of computer proficiency, entry accuracy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Entry or a related field, with a proven track record of precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate entry of work orders into our database system.
• Review and verify data accuracy, correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain and update records with new information as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information processed.
• Work closely with the operations team to resolve any issues related to work orders.
• Regularly report progress and challenges to the management team.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
• Exceptional proficiency with computers and Data Entry software.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
