Marketing Specialist I (Entry Level)

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist I in our Cary, NC office to support writing and marketing efforts.
The successful candidate is a team player who has one or more years of experience with data analysis, research, and writing. Internship experience is a plus!
General Job Description / Summary
Prepare AE Requests for Proposals and AE Requests for Qualifications such as SF330 AE proposals and help maintain library of files.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers quality proposals for large and mid-sized Federal, State, Municipal and Private projects; as well as a range of marketing activities for offices firm wide
• Collaborates with staff to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce quality RFP and RFQ responses as well as shortlist interviews and other promotional material
• Develops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Monitors, reviews and reports marketing activities and results
• Maintains marketing database
• Prepare Federal SF330 AE responses and other state and local RFP’s and RFQ’s and meet all proposal deadlines
• Helps maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events
• Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to craft an effective written response that meets requirements
• Presents self in a professional manner and appearance. Maintains a neat and organized workspace

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite InDesign is required.
A writing test will be administered during an in-person interview.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000
