Job Responsibilities:
Quality calls to the press area of the plant, nonconformance's, auditing
EDM preparation of CMM tubing samples
Dimensional measurement using CMM for all flat and round tubing
Mechanical and burst testing for all flat and round tubing
Surface finish (Rmax) testing flat tube
Zinc thickness and coverage (acid) testing flat tube
Operator training for Quality Alerts and Temporary Deviations
Assist in Monthly tests for CPK, Gage R&R's, etc.
Perform additional Quality Technician duties as needed
What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:
High school diploma or GED
Strong Commitment to safety and working in a team environment
Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
Must be available to work OT as needed
Must be available to work any shift
