The Quality Services Auditor's primary responsibility is to monitor the array of services and supports needed to facilitate timely, accurate, and high quality documentation for person centered plans through RHA's electronic medical records (EMR) system. This position will integrate best practices and procedures, collaborate with operational leaders, and provide strategies to users to ensure program utilization at its fullest potential.
Pay: $70,000-$80,000
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the person-centered programs and service notes for accuracy and conciseness.
- Understands the Quality Review process for Clinical staff against state Service definitions.
- Executes local strategies for successful ongoing management of EMR software.
- Provides technical support to staff, as needed.
- Promotes effective communication between Clinical and Business teams to ensure timely authorizations.
- Liaison between corporate Quality Assurance and local staff to conduct periodic audits of service delivery.
- Working closely with Administrators to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures, expedite workflow and improve employee performance.
- Participates in committee meetings with QA, IT, Operations and other departments.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred background in Social/Human Services, Special Education, or Information Technology working with individuals with disabilities.
- Experience with electronic medical/health records systems or other related medical software Experience with medical charting and/or patient documentation preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
- Valid drivers' license
- Ability to travel with specified region required.
