Quality and Food Safety Specialist

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
" Assist in the design, development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives
" Assist with design, collection of data, analytics and implementation for reporting key metrics
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze improvement activities
" Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
" Play a key role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all learning content
" Assisting with the planning and execution of training events and bottler events
" Analyze consumer, customer and training data to develop knowledge and insights
" Partner with QSE Programs & Governance teams to track training & proficiency implementation. Capabilities team to help lead the evolution of TI&SC's onboarding programs to todays and future needs, including defining/aligning clear success metrics
" Participate in the evaluation of learning programs, providing feedback and suggestion for improvement
" Analyze the impact of learning experiences and document improvements in the learning experience
