We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office for a Home Healthcare company, including assisting our administrative staff, payroll (ADP), managing office supplies, and providing general support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train staff members.
- Manage the budget for the office.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
