SalaryLarge Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) based in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a full time QualityReview RN to oversee and Code Oasis documentation.
Quality Reviewer RN - Hybrid Position
Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1 -2 days from work from home)
The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.
This individual will be assigned to a set group of RN Care Managers.
The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
Must Have:
- NYS RN License
- No Quality Reviewer experience required; We will train the right person
- Oasis experience
- Excellent verbal, written & communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
